Watch: Heinz Commercial Starring Matt LeBlanc (news)

Who knew that a humble bottle of ketchup could be the springboard for future Hollywood stardom? In the 1970s and '80s, Heinz Ketchup made a splash in the advertising world with commercials that not only sold their condiment of the gods but also launched the careers of some celebrities who grew to be household names.

One of the most memorable Heinz commercials from that era featured none other than Matt LeBlanc, the future Joey Tribbiani of "Friends" fame. 

Yinzers of a certain age likely remember this one. For the uninitiated, LeBlanc plays a young, energetic hot dog enthusiast who knows the best things come to those who wait. Enjoy:
