oneBURGH "Doing the Lord's Work" for Donnie Iris (WOO)

Spoiler: In this oneBURGH real-life rock 'n roll fairy tale, everyone lives happily ever after. Here's what happened...

Donnie Iris = King Cool himself - somehow had his 2004 Buick Park Avenue sold without him knowing. We weren't sure of the details, but it was gone.

Last month, a FOD (Friend of Donnie) reached out to us at oneBURGH with a plea to help find the "Ah! Leah! singer's beloved ride.

It took us all of two seconds to decide we would devote our platform to finding Donnie's long-lost chariot.

"I mean...It's Donnie Iris," Yinzer-in-Chief Brian Carothers said. "Of course we were all in. How can you not help King Cool?"

So we put out oneBURGH's version of the Bat Signal (a post on Facebook) and member Tom contacted us to let us know some truly joyous news: He had purchased the car. It was in his possession.

The question then became: Was he willing to sell it back? Oh, hell yeah!

Donnie Iris and his 2004 Buick Park Ave are reunited (and it really does feels so good).

Could life as a yinzer get any better? As they say on the best/worst infomercials, "But wait, there's more!"

Donnie (we're on a first-name basis now. Obviously) sent us a sweet thank you video (*single tear*) and then the one and only Meghan Schiller of KDKA - former Miss Smiling Irish Eyes herself - made it an even BIGGER story. Swear this is not AI generated:

Did yinz see the clip last night? 'Cause here's our hot take:
